Meditation in Maryland -

Classes in Bowie


The Center offers General Program classes each Thursday evening from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at Unity Center of Light Church in the YMCA on Moylan Drive in Bowie. The teacher is Martin Evans. The classes are open to the public and consist of guided meditation, brief presentation of a Buddhist topic, and time for questions and answers. Please feel free to drop in any time.
