Meditation Class in Canton

  • Church on the Square 1025 South Potomac Street Baltimore, MD, 21224 United States (map)

Everyone is welcome to join these weekly classes on meditation and modern Buddhism.

These classes include both meditations and teachings based on Buddha’s wisdom that can help us to stay peaceful, even in the most challenging times. Current series topic:

Breaking Bad Habits: Seeing the Good Instead of the Bad

Our unpeaceful states of mind that cause us to suffer and perform harmful actions are just bad mental habits, and like all habits they can be broken. Just as it is possible to separate mud from water, so it is possible to eliminate all of our bad habits from our mind.  Then there is nothing that can disturb our inner peace and joy.

To Register: Please register at the door, arriving 10 minutes early.

Cost: $12 ($8 students, seniors 62+, and unemployed). Free for Monthly Members. Your first class with us is FREE!
