Everyone is welcome to join these weekly classes on meditation and modern Buddhism.
These classes include both meditations and teachings based on Buddha’s wisdom that can help us to stay peaceful, even in the most challenging times. Current series topic:
Creating Happy Harmonious Holidays: Develop a positive mind for the holidays
Relationships can provide meaning and joy to our life, but they can also give rise to friction, insecurity, resentment and sadness. These feelings are often increased at holiday time. During this course we will explore the methods of Buddhist psychology and meditative practice for reframing relationships, learning to cultivate positive and harmonious relationships that give purpose and happiness to our lives.

Cost: $12 ($8 students, seniors 62+, and unemployed). Free for Monthly Members.
