Freedom from Painful Emotions: Reducing the Pain of Attachment

Don’t let your thoughts ruin your day!  Discover why negative states of mind arise and how to use the tool of meditation to recognize, reduce, and eliminate them. Through applying Buddha’s timeless wisdom, we can transform our habits of mind from negative to positive. In each class of this series, we will look at a particular negative state of mind and learn meditations to oppose it.
