Meditations for Modern Life, followed by Sunday Social

  • Kadampa Meditation Center Maryland (map)

There will be refreshments provided after class during our Sunday Social.

These classes include both meditations and teachings based on Buddha’s wisdom that can help us to stay peaceful, even in the most challenging times.

This weekend, we have a guest teacher giving a retreat on Buddha’s emptiness teachings. He will also teach this Sunday morning class on the same topic:

The Emptiness of the Eight Extremes
