These classes include both meditations and teachings based on Buddha’s wisdom that can help us to stay peaceful, even in the most challenging times.

Current series topics:

Increasing Our Good Qualities

All of us have good qualities, and have the potential to grow them into profound experiences of peace.  In this series we will have the opportunity to improve our human nature and qualities through expanding our ability to experience love and compassion for everyone, regardless of their appearance or behavior.  Classes will include guided meditations and teachings aimed at helping us to make these changes within our mind.  As a result our mind will become more peaceful and happy, which is a wonderful gift to give to ourselves and our families and friends.

To Register for Class: Please register upon arrival. We request that you arrive 10 minutes early if possible.

Cost: $12/class ($8 students/seniors 62+/unemployed).  

Your first class is always free: just let us know it’s your first class when you arrive.

Andrew is a sincere practitioner of meditation and Kadampa Buddhism, and is a student on our Foundation Program.  His teachings are clear and heartfelt, and come from his own personal experience of putting the teachings into practice and seeing the positive effects in his life.
