When we become adept at integrating these forces into our spiritual practice, our realizations will quickly grow.

11:45am - 12:45pm Session 2

3:45pm  Wishfulfilling Jewel Prayers with offerings (optional)

Sunday

10:30-11:45am (Meditations for Modern Life class combined with Session 4)

1:30-2:30  Session 5

3:00-4:15pm (Q&A for last 15 minutes)  Session 6

About the Teacher:

Kadam Michelle Gauthier is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center DC & has been a disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for more than 25 years. She is an inspiring example of Modern Buddhism in practice. She presents Buddha’s teachings with beautiful clarity, warmth & sincerity, skillfully guiding people from all walks of life to find inner peace and lasting happiness.
