Everyone is welcome to join these weekly classes on meditation and modern Buddhism.

These classes include both meditations and teachings based on Buddha’s wisdom that can help us to stay peaceful, even in the most challenging times. Current series topic:

Buddhist Answers to Life’s Deepest Questions: How can I find meaning in my life? 

In this world of great uncertainty and unhappiness, Buddha’s teachings provide much-needed clarity and wisdom on the deep topics of our existence. Join us for this unique series of classes that can help us give meaning, purpose and spiritual context to our lives.


To Register: Please register at the door, arriving 10 minutes early.

Cost: $12 ($8 students, seniors 62+, and unemployed). Free for Monthly Members. Your first class with us is FREE!

You can also become a member starting at $50/month and receive discounts while you help to provide a steady level of support for our activities. These classes are included in your membership!

Andrew is a student on our Foundation Program, and is a sincere Kadampa practitioner.  His teachings are clear and heartfelt, and come from his own personal experience of putting the teachings into practice and seeing the positive effects in his life.
