These classes include both meditations and teachings based on Buddha’s wisdom that can help us to stay peaceful, even in the most challenging times. Current series topic:

Buddhist Answers to Life’s Deepest Questions: How can I find meaning in my life? 

In this world of great uncertainty and unhappiness, Buddha’s teachings provide much-needed clarity and wisdom on the deep topics of our existence. Join us for this unique series of classes that can help us give meaning, purpose and spiritual context to our lives.


To Register: Please register upon arrival. We request that you arrive 10 minutes early if possible.

Cost: $12/class ($8 students/seniors 62+/unemployed).  

Your first class is always free: just let us know it’s your first class when you arrive.

You can also become a member starting at $50/month and receive discounts while you help to provide a steady level of support for our activities. These classes are included in your membership!


Meet the Teacher: Jennifer Lee-Summers

Jenny has been a sincere Kadampa practitioner for several years and is a Foundation Program student at KMC Maryland. Her teachings are accessible and insightful as she leads her students to deeper understandings and experiences of profound Dharma, and its practical applications in daily life.
